Перфоративна виразка шлунка: проблеми діагностики та лікування

Abstract

Тhе results of treatment of patients operated for perforated gastric ulcer were reviewed. Stitching of the ulcer was the most ineffective intervention (relapse of the ulcer occurred in 48,7%). Тhе best results were after radical operations like economical gastric resection and vagotomy (relapse equal to 0,8%). Surgical intervention eradicating the morphological substrate of the ulcer with addition of antiulcer therapy gave relapse in 3,5%. Complex investigation of patients with perforated gastric ulcer allows for the identification of the main pathogeneticc routes of the disease, optimize the choice of surgical tac tics and consequent treatment
