| Abstract: | Flogenzym influence was investigated bу the stability of comeal lysosomal membranes on the model of ulcerative bacterial keratitis. It was establiched, that flogenzym stabilyse the lysosomal membranes of the cornea. Decreasing of ratio the nonsedimentary activity to the connected activity of acid phosphatase and cathepsin Е in the acute phase of inflammation was 1,6 and 1,9 times and in the phase of regeneration - in 2-2,5 times for each enzyme respectively confirm flogenzym's membranstabilitive properties. |
