| Abstract: | The introduced article is dedicated to the analysis of segmentary prehepatic form of а portal hypertension. The mechanism of portal hemocirculation retuning at this complication is parsed. The clinical developments grounded on pathogeny are described. The different methods of surgical treatment (splenectomy,disconnecting operations) are justified on the basis of study of a clinical material (18 patients). |
