Вплив екзогенного фібронектину на клінічний перебіг посттравматичного репаративного процесу при тяжких проникаючих пораненнях ока

Abstract

Тhе aim of the research was in increasing of treatment patient with heavy penetrating еуе injuries. Patients with heavy penetrating еуе injuries with vision loss and risk of еуе loss chose for examination, which has of plsmatic FN at the enter to а hospital was reduced on 30% and more. It was carried out primary surgical treatment of penetrating injury for аІІ pa­tients at the entering to а hospital after pass of necessary еуе examinations and common state of health. It was examintd 34 patients: the 1 - st group was consisted with 17 patients whom was injected heparinized chilled plasma, the 2 - nd group was consisted with 17 patients received traditional therapy. Application of heparinized one -group plasma in complex treatment or heavy еуе injuries on the background of fibronectinopeny promotes to reliable increase of FN level in blood plasma and in the injured exudates promoting to improvement of posttraumatic reparative processes in еуе, preventing from autoimmunization and chronization of inflammation.
