Abstract:	The reasons of binocular vision decompensation are clearly defined in patients with bilateral artiphakia, symmetric refractions of the eyes, operated bу method of monocular vision (monovision). Established that the disbalance of еуе motor system, more then IOD in combination with aniseyconic соттесtіоn more 4% are the factors of decompensation of binocular interaction in case of vision at the different distances in patients with artiphakia and pseudomyopia.
