| Abstract: | The work is based on the later (remote) results of treatment of bleeding gastroduodenal ulcers in 289 elderly and senile age patients. Two ulcer types were allocated: senile and chronic. Remote results were better in the group ofnon operated patients with senile ulcers in comparison with chronic. Mortility was mostly caused bу accompaning cardio - vascular pathology. |
