| Краткий осмотр (реферат): | In the article 35 cases of acute postoperative pancreatitis are analysed, arisen among 1995 patients, which undergone 456 resections of а stomach and 543 organ-save of operations concerning gastroduodenal ulcers. The frequency of this complication was authentically above after resections than after organ-save operations. Тhе values of the factors of an ulcerative destruction and gravities of а hemorrhage in increase of risk of originating postoperative pancreatitis are parsed. Тhе algorithm of preventive maintenance and treatment of acute postoperative pancreatitis, program of relaparotomy is designed at development of the difficult forms. As а result of this application it was possible to lower quantity acute postoperative pancreatitis and its consequences from 3,4 % to 2,2 %. Тhе lethality at acute postoperative pancreatitis has decreased from 58 % to 46% |
