Особливості акомодації у дітей зі змішаним астигматизмом

Abstract

The state of absolute accommodation in main meridians of the еуе bу method of monocular dyplopia provocation was investigated in 40 children (79 eyes), 5-13 у/о, with mixed stigmatism 1-5 dptr. The results had shown the irregular accommodation in 94,7 % chil­dren of 5-7 years and in 97,6 % children of 8-13 years. In 34,2 % eyes of pre-schoolchildren the irregular accommodation compen­sated corneal astigmatism partially and in 60,5 % eyes accommodation increased its degree. In schoolchildren these data formed accordingly 14,7 % and 82,9 %. The results demonstrate the necessity of influence on the meridian with the most weak accommoda­tion with the aim of increase of visual acuity.
