Abstract:	In work the results of study of efficiency of use of а preparation "Okaycin" (manufacture "Novartis Pharma") are submitted at inflamation diseases of an anterior part of an еуе of bacterial etiology. Okacin was applied bу us at 49 patients (52 eyes), in the age of from 18 till 83 years. From them in 16 eyes the ulcer of а cornea, 25 eyes -bacterial ceratites, in 11 eyes -bacterial ceratouveites is diagnosed. Тhе high efficiency okacin in treatment of inflamation diseases of а anterior part of an еуе of bacterial etiology is shown.
