Експериментально-клінічні аспекти впливу наклофу на неоваскуляризацію рогівки

Abstract

The issue represents results of comparison of the influence of naclof and dexametasone for corneal neovascularization in experiment and clinic. Experimental investigations were performed оn 60 eyes of 30 rabbits. Mean speed of neovascularization was 0,29+/-0,03 mm/day in the control group, in the group with using dexametasone - 0,18+/-0,02 mm/day, in the group with using naclof - 0,20+/- 0,02 mm/day. Area of the neovascularization on 21-th day in the control group was 18,3+/-2, І mm2, in the group with using dexame­tasone - 6,2+/-1,0 mm2, in the group with using naclof -7,7+/-1,4 mm2. Pressure in the anterior chamber, which caused rapture of cornea wound, on the 11-th day in the control group was 250+/- 18 mm Hg, in the group with using dexametasone -175+/-15 mm Hg and in the group with using naclof - 208+/-І7 mm Hg. Clinical investigations were performed on 51 patients (51 eyes) in comparison with 40 patients (40 eyes) of control group and showed significant inhibition of corneal neovascularization bу both medicines. Thanks bу less expressed side effects of naclof it is possible to use it in different stages of corneal diseases.
