ПРОБЛЕМИ ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ВИКЛАДАННЯ ДИСЦИПЛІНИ «ХІРУРГІЧНА СТОМАТОЛОГІЯ» ДЛЯ ЗДОБУВАЧІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ НА СУЧАСНОМУ ЕТАПІ РОЗВИТКУ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ВИЩОЇ ШКОЛИ. ДИСКУСІЯ

Abstract

В умовах непростої соціально-економічної ситуації в Україні вітчизняна вища школа зіштовхнулася із рядом непростих викликів, які подекуди ставлять взагалі критичне запитання щодо її подальшого розвитку та існування. Незавершена реформа вищої школи та незакінчена реформа охорони здоров’я, різке скорочення фінансування, зниження й так критично недостатніх стандартів оплати праці та соціального захисту викладачів вищої школи, імплементація законодавчих норм та галузевих правил ЄС у практику за відсутності адекватної фінансової підтримки галузі, скорочення контингенту студентів, формалізація освітнього процесу, руйнування матеріальнотехнічної бази окремих закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО) та еміграція частини науково-педагогічних працівників – все це неповний перелік проблем та гострих моментів, що вразили медичну освіту в Україні. Це негативно вплинуло на можливість та якість викладання клінічних навчальних дисциплін для здобувачів вищої освіти в галузі наук 22 – Охорона здоров’я, і більшою мірою стоматологічних дисциплін. В сучасних умовах дистанційна форма навчання стала невіддільним компонентом підготовки майбутніх лікарів-стоматологів в Україні. Дистанційна форма навчання в медицині надає значну кількість переваги в плані уніфікації, підвищення доступності навчальних матеріалів, індивідуалізації навчального плану, підвищення рівня вмотивованості та самодисципліни. Впровадження дистанційного навчання на факультетах медичного напрямку в ЗВО України відбулося в ритмі галопу, без відповідної підготовки матеріально-технічного забезпечення закладів освіти та кадрів. На сьогодні всі ЗВО в Україні мають розроблене відповідне методичне забезпечення для такої форми навчання, науково-педагогічний персонал використовує доступні платформи для онлайн навчання, проте спостерігаються тенденції до формального виконання завдань та забезпечення навчального процесу як зі сторони здобувачів, так і зі сторони викладачів. Для вивчення клінічних дисциплін, і хірургічної стоматології зокрема, дистанційні методики навчання можуть розглядатися тільки як допоміжні, оскільки формування ряду фахових компетенцій майбутнього лікаря-стоматолога можливо тільки в присутності пацієнта під контролем викладача. Розвиток симуляційних методик навчання в медицині таку проблему може вирішити лише частково. Такий напрямок потребує значних капіталовкладень зі сторони закладів вищої освіти, що в умовах воєнного стану дуже складно реалізувати. Попередні оцінки результатів запровадження дистанційної форми навчання в підготовці лікарівстоматологів свідчать про зниження якості навчання, проте говорити про остаточні висновки з цього приводу ще зарано. На сьогодні вітчизняна система медичної додипломної та післядипломної освіти має потребу у врегулюванні використання дистанційних методик навчання та забезпечення засвоєння практичних навичок здобувачами освіти.

In the difficult socio-economic situation in Ukraine the national higher school faced a number of difficult challenges, which in some places pose a critical question regarding its further development and existence. The unfinished reform of higher education and the reform of health care, a sharp reduction in funding, a reduction in the already critically insufficient standards of remuneration and social protection of teachers (professors) of universities, the implementation of legislative norms and field rules of the EU in practice during the absence of adequate financial support of the field, a reduction in the number of students , the formalization of the educational process, the destruction of the material and technical base of certain institutions of higher education and the emigration of a part of scientific and pedagogical personnel – all this is an incomplete list of problems and acute moments that have affected the medical education in Ukraine. This had a negative impact on the possibility and quality of teaching the clinical educational subjects for students of higher education in the field of sciences 22 - Health care, and to a greater extent the dental clinical disciplines (subjects). In modern conditions, distance education has become an integral component of the teaching of future dentists in Ukraine. The distance form of education in medicine provides a significant number of advantages in terms of unification, increasing the availability of educational materials, individualizing the curriculum, increasing the level of motivation and selfdiscipline. The implementation of distance learning at the medical faculties of the Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine took place at a gallop, without appropriate preparation of the material and technical support of educational institutions and personnel. To date, all higher education institutions in Ukraine have developed appropriate methodological support for this form of education, scientific and pedagogical pesonnel uses available platforms for online education, however, there are trends towards formal performance of tasks and provision of the educational process both on the part of students and on the part of teachers. For the study of clinical disciplines (subjects), and surgical dentistry in particular, distance learning methods may only be considered as auxiliary, since the formation of a number of professional competencies of a future dentist is possible only in the presence of a patient under the supervision of a teacher. The development of simulation teaching methods in medicine is able to solve this problem only partially. Such a direction requires significant capital investments from higher education institutions, which is very difficult to realize in the conditions of military state. Preliminary assessments of the results of the introduction of distance education in the training of dentists indicate a decrease in the quality of education, but it is still too early to speak about the final conclusions on this matter. Today, the domestic system of undergraduate and postgraduate medical education needs to regulate the use of distance learning methods and ensure the assimilation of practical skills by students.
