Abstract: We obtained computer images of pupils and charts for direct, associate reactions of pupils to flash, accomodation-convergention dynamics. We have discovered 7 temporal periods describing pupils state. Тhere were revealed certain correlative dependences of amplitude, speed, fluctuation frequencies of the pupils area with vision acuity, the accomodation reserve, refraction in the periods of direct flash, associate and accomodative-convergentive reaction. In the ist period vision acuity correlates with speed of pupil area changes (r=+0.61); the accomodation-convergention reserves correlate with speed of pupil area changes (r=+0.77) and anisocoria factor (r=+0.72). In the 2nd period of pupil narrowing latency there was marked а correlarion between vision acuity and the duration of this period (r=+0.59). In the 5th period of pupil restoration latency accomodation reserves correlate with pupil area fluctuations frequencies (r=+0.72). At the patients with astenovegetative syndrome at prevalence sympathy of а link vegetative innervations the increase of frequency blinks up to 10 -12 for 30 sec is observed. (at norm 2-3 blinks) in time accommodation convergence, straight line and consensual of reaction of pupils to presentation of а light pulse. Тhе quantity blinks for З0сек. on presentation of а light pulse correlates with а high level personality of uneasiness under the test Spilberg-Hanin (r = + 0,67).Тhе increase of amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations of the area of а pupil correlates with highly bу а level personality of uneasiness under the test Spilberg-­Hanin (r = + 0,72). Conclusion А pupillography device was elaborated. We obtained parameters of the computer pupillography charts and pupil photos during direct and associate reactions to flash, accomodation-convergention. Тhеу are objective tests of visual way pupillomotory fibres lesion diagnostics in patients with astenovegetative syndrome.
