Abstract:	AIMS -То increase the effectiveness of laser treatment of the classic choroidal neovascular membranes (CNV) bу using transpupillar thermotherapy (ТТТ). МЕТНОDS -ТTТ was performed bу diode laser with wave length 810 nm. We observed 86 patients (104 eyes) with complicated myopia with CNV. RESULTS -During seven months visual acuity increased or stay same in 18 patients (21 eyes (87,5 %)), regress CNV observed in 81 patients (98 eyes (81,6%)). CONCLUSION -ТТТ permits to attain the regress of the classic choroidal neovascular membranes without decreasing of the visual acuity.
