Симпатичне запалення через 18 років після травми

Abstract

Тhе paper presents the case of sympathic inflamation over 18 years after the trauma. Тhе authors considered that the patients with ocular trauma need regular clinical and immunological observation. Тhе enucleation of the injured еуе in the presence of suspition of sympathic irritation mast bе performed in proper time before the appireance of immunological disorderrs and symptoms of sympatiz­ing reaction of the healthy еуе against the background of corticosteroid therapy. Тhе systematic course of steroid therapy must bе prolonged (3 monthes) with the purpouse of the presion of the autoimmunologic reactons with the use non-steroid anti-inflammatory medicine under the control of immunological investigation.
