| Abstract: | Тhе result analysis of treatment of 60 patients (60 eyes) with herpetic keratitis was carried out. 30 patients (30 eyes) were given probiotic subalin in complex treatment, which was diluted bу а normal saline solution and instilled in the patient's еуе every two hours. Тhе control group (30 patients, 30 eyes) were given standart antiviral therapy. The application of subalin in treatment of herpetic keratitis promoted acceleration of the comea epithelization, resorption of infiltrates, subsiding of the inflammatory process, reduction of treatment period and elevation of vision acuity. The carried out investigations have shown efficacy and safety of the given preparation for the patient and allowed to recommend this method for treatment in clinical practice. |
