Ефективність флуренізидової мазі у лікуванні бактерійних кератинів

Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the problem of increasing of treatment efficacy of patients with bacterial keratitis on the base of substantiated use of І% flurenizid ointment in their complex treatment. Тhе optimal concentration of flurenizid ointment for clinical application was defined. It was found out that the flurenizid usage in the complex therapy of bacterial keratitis increases epithelization terms and visual acuity, possesses antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and healing effects, reduces number of complications. Тhе terms of the treatment of patients with bacterial keratitis are reduced in 4-6 days in comparison with traditional treatment.
