| Abstract: | Тhе received results show that visible light of high intensity pathologically influences the retina. Тhе increase in level of free acid phosphatase signifies destabilization of lisosoms of the pigment epithelium. It was discovered that the visible light affects the malfunction of the substantia exchange and the role of glutathione. Тhе carried out work proved the necessity of further researches of glutathione system in patogenesis in age-related macular degeneration іn order to determine possible influence of correction of glutathione complex on pathological changes of retina. |
