Selective topics in medicinal chemistry

Abstract

A central theme of our approach to Medicinal Chemistry is to emphasize the relationship between similar branches of chemical sciences (Biochemistry Bioorganic Chemistry, Medical chemistry, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry). The structural aspects of our handbook explain the essence of Medicinal Chemistry. It should be noted that only selected topics are presented in this handbook: Part 1. Solutions. Main methods of drug chemical analysis and drug design. Handbook contains theoretical and practice materials, calculating and theoretical tasks according the main requirements of Syllabus. Authors hope that this work will be helpful in the study process of Medicinal Chemistry course for students of medical and ecological specialties.
