Ціннісні орієнтації співробітників поліції як фактор плинності кадрів в Національній Поліції України.

Abstract

У статті досліджено ціннісні орієнтації співробітників поліції як фактор плинності кадрів в Національній поліції України, а також проаналізовано умови за яких відбувається підготовка майбутніх фахівців, проаналізовано спеціальну наукову літературу й нормативно-правову базу з предмета дослідження.

The article examines the value orientations of police officers as a factor in personnel turnover in the National Police of Ukraine, and also analyzes the conditions under which training of future specialists takes place, analyzes the special scientific literature and legal framework on the subject of research. The problem of valuable orientations of practitioners in the bodies of the National Police, from the point of view of methodology, needs to be considered in the ethical and philosophical aspect. Thus, philosophy is characterized by the presence of two distinct categories, which distinguish two models that are characterized by two concepts of morality and morality. We can see that starting from the era of antiquity and up to our time, it has been shown to understand how to function in the social sciences, as well as in the humanities. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the work deepened the theoretical work on the value orientations of police officers as a factor of personnel turnover in the National Police of Ukraine. Thus, based on the results of the research, the content of the value orientations of police officers was determined, the essence of the specified orientations as personnel turnover in the National Police of Ukraine was investigated. The article also focuses on the fact that the professional training of future specialists takes place in conditions of intensive changes and transformations in the higher education system. Over the last decade, the requirements for the competence of a specialist in any field have become increasingly high. This issue is especially relevant in the conditions of current state transformations. The level of professional training should increasingly meet not only national, but also international quality standards of higher education. The priority direction of training in educational institutions with specific training conditions is the development of general cultural and professional competencies of a young person, which will contribute to increasing the level of his competitiveness in the labor market both on a national and global scale. This article also focuses on the fact that values can be considered in the context of different categorical systems, and the specifics of one or another definition of this concept will depend on the field of scientific knowledge in which it is studied.
