| Abstract: | Early enteral nutrition (after 12-24 hours) was analyzed in 79 patients with acute purulent peritonitis complicating thecourse of various surgical diseases. The high tolerance to enteral nutrition was observed in most of patients (86, 1 %) accompanied with improvement of nutritional condition of patients. Attenuation of both SIRS and MODS has оссштеd during the enteral nutrition from 100% and 29, І% to 22,9% and 11,4% respectively. The infectious morbidity was low - 13,9%, mortality - 15,8%. Obtained results suggest the beneficial role of early enteral nutrition during postoperative period in patients with acute purulent peritonitis. |
