| Abstract: | The authors carried out analysis of operative measures at 93 patients, wich operate on conceming acute pancreatitis. Is proved, that at the patients with purulent ancreatitis the method of prominent of sanitations of an omental bursa allows to lowеr а lethality to 22,6 %. |
