Abstract:	The outcomes of surgical treatment of 501 patients with acute appendicitis are investigated. Different kinds of technical difficulties (TD) after appendectomy have arisen at 1 ОО patients (20%). The authors develop а complex ofthe instrumenttechnical solution of arising difficulties fulfilling appendectomy. At suspicion on possible of (TD) fulfilling appendectomy general anaesthetic should bе а method of choice. The purulent complications on the part of а wound were observed at 12 (2,4%) patients with distractive appendicitis, in whose treatment the measures of prophylaxis were not used.
