Вибір об'єму операції при проривних пілородуоденальних виразках в залежності від поширеності перитоніту

Abstract

In the paper the results of treatment of 170 patients with perforated ulcers of stomach and duodenum are analyzed. Radical operative treatments were made in 92 patients (54.11 %). Paliative operations were made in 78 patients ( 44.89%). 86 patients under radical operations had peritonitis. In conditions of serous and serous-fibrinous peritonotis radical operation made up 48.82% (83 patients), paliative operations - 30.58% (52 patients). With an increase of peritonitis phenomena the percent of radical operations decreased. The possibility to extend the indications to radical operations in peritonitis through the study of the expressiveness of the degree of inflammatory changes in different tenns of peritonitis.
