| Abstract: | 530 patients with acute appendicitis and its complications were analysed in Faculty Surgery Clinic. Changes in the pro teins synthesizing function of the liver were studied using the method of disk-electrophoresis in the poliacrilic gel, condition of the immunology organism reactivity and the changes Т- and B-lymphocytes depending on character of the microphlora. The research will enable the doctors too treat surgical patients with the above more effectively. |
