Abstract:	The mechanism of the hepatic insufficiency in acute peritonitis was investigated in experiments. The sources and the pathways of toxins spreading and fonning of the hepatic banier breakthrough were elucidated. The role of peroxidation processes in the development of the hepatic insufficiency has been shown. То prevent diffusion of the toxins different methods have been worked out- sorbsion of the main pathways of the toxins diffusion and programmed laparostomy
