| Abstract: | The possibility and appropriateness to use bіІе as а component in the solutions for peritoneum lavage were studied in the experiments on dogs. The effectiveness of the method for the creation of antimicrobal drugs deposit with local conduction of the medicines to the region of injury was examined. The wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity of the solutions with bіІе component was found. This ability leads to high decrease of the microbial content in the peritoneum and to active elimination of the microorganisms and toxins bу the sorbent. |
