Abstract:	There were analyzed treatmeпt results of 3 7 patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis. Comparative study of iпtestinal and pancreas necrotic tissue microflora was done. Pathogenic bacteria growth in intestinal tube contents on 5-7 days from disease onset was determined. Infection complications were in 12 (32,4%) patients. There was determined identical pathogenic microflora in gut and necrotic tissues. The pathogenic ways of infection complications prophylaxis (enterosorbtion and regional antibacterial therapy through umbilical vein) proposed.
