Abstract

At the randomized examination and on data of meta-analysis of 270 and 839 cases of perforated pyloroduodenal ulcer accordingly, that in comparison with ulcerorraphy in 129 patients, operation of truncal vagotomy and pyloroplastic in 141 patient seldom is brought to progression of peritonitis in early afteroperational period of the same type of treatment in borth groups operated patients during to 24 hours from the beginning of disease. For prevention of recurrence of ulcer truncal vagotomy and pyloroplastic in 428 patients, in comparison of selective proximal vagotomy and pyloroplastic in 411 patients, has not advantages.
