Abstract

The various character of ultra structural changes of epithelial cells of thymus gland is revealed at infected bу viruses cytomegalia and hepatitis В and С. At the patients the myasthenia at various character of morphological changes of thymus gland reveals various character immunological changes. At а hyperplasia of thymus gland there is an augmentation of а level of virus neutralizing antibodies, antibodies to native DNA, of а level serumal lgE and interleykine-4 (IL-4). Ву thymoma specific antibodies and the mediatcrs are increased more significantly, but the level of circulating cell-bound immune complexes is much higher than at а hyperplasia. At а hyperplasia оn а background of а high level virus neutralizing antibodies the destruction, invagination of cellular membranes and change of intensity apoptosys is observed focal cellular. At thymomas оn а background of а low level virus neutralizing antibodies the vacuolation of tanks endoplasmatic reticulum and intensive formation of ribosomes. The revealed changes of some immunophysiological parameters and their association with various character of ultra structural changes of epithelial cells of а thymus gland at the patients with а myasthenia and а lesion of thymus gland саn bе observed as variants of the etiological factors at the various clinical forms of disease.
