| Abstract: | We have analysed results of the surgical treatment ofabout 414 patients, with aqute pus destruction оn the basis of diabetes melitus.Differential approach to surgical treatment this group of patients permit to reach passitive results in 94,6 % cases and іn 2,6% cases reduces postoperative lethality. |
