Abstract

The condition of the epididymal duct оbturаtіоn was created on the 48 white rats bу operation of ligation of vas ,deferens. Epididymides were exarnineti after 1, 2, З, 4 ,veeks аnd 2, 3, 6 .months after оbturаtіоn bу the light and transrnission electron microscopy. It ,vas demonstrated that reaction of the ductular and vascular syslems of the epididymis had three stages: 1 ) collection of sperm аnd dilatation of lumen (2·4 weeks); 2) intensification of the lumen liquid absorption (1 ·З months):З) stable functioning, of the · epididymis in thе condition of obturation. Strong changing of the muscle coat, active sреrm phagocytosis and hypertrophy of the epithelium were noticed
