Морфометрична характеристика ультрамікроскопічних структур посткапілярних венул у паракортикальній зоні лімфатичних вузлів

Abstract

According to morfometric method we investigated parameters of ultramicroskopic structures of postcapillar venules with high endothelium in paracortical zone of subnodal lymph nodes of dogs in norm and 6 hours after an antigen challenge bу vaccine . The relative areas in particular are investigated: а basal membrane venul; endotheliocytes, and in them citoplazm, including area pinocitoz of blisters of mitochondrions, microvillis plasmolem and core, lumen venul. The quotients of an interrelation of an euchromatin and heterochromatin, nuclearcitoplazm quotient are calculated. Fixed precisely, that in 6 hours after an antigen challenge the relative areas of а basal membrane, citoplasm authentically grow, and in it - pinozitos of blisters, mitochondrions and microvillis, that testifies to "activization" of endotheliocytes.
