Abstract:	Article contains the results of duodenal and pancreatic blood vessels studies under experimental mechanical jaundice. His established: biliary hypertension breaking the architecture of blood vessels of duodenum and pancreas changes vessel bifurcations organ microcirculation and portal circulation. Morhometrical description of duodenal and pancreatic vessel bifurcations can used as jechive mark of vessel course condition, violation of microcirculation and as criterion of compensated-adaptable reactions.
