| Abstract: | The study of morfofunctional state of rats' adrenal cortex after their skin was subjected to cryodestruction revealed the dynamics of changes in reactive, dystrophic and regenerative processes. The most marked dystropho-destructive changes incells, intracellular organelles and intraorganic micro vessels occured on the 7th and 14th day after experiment. When comparing morfologic changes in adrenal cortex with the amount of corticosterone in blood а regularity of structure and function connection is observed as а response to cryotrauma. |
