| Abstract: | Modification method of peripheral nervous system elements detection on half-thin microscopic section bу means of silvemitrate impregnation (defferent types of filaments,cell stuctures, blood-vessels) and also of new-formed axones of regeneration nerve has been proposed. The main point of this modification consists of impregnation of nervous column with subsequent preparation of half-thin microscopic sections which are ph are painted bу 1 % methylene blue in 1 % borax solution. |
