Abstract:	The theory discloses the mechanism and the results of interaction of two microsystems of the Universe: the energy absorbers and the energy carriers. They саn not exist without one another. Their interaction has an interstrengthening, pulsing effect and is the source of fonnation of diagnostic pictures, the appearance of pathological, radiobiological and ecopathological effects. The present chemical and energetic overload of the environment, biological objects damages the brain, health and the life of а human, programmes ecological catastrophes.
