Abstract: The review of the domestic and foreign literature on problerns etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of the biliary system is represented in this work. It is marked, that there is а tendency to increase of morbidity rate of bіІе ducts stipulated bу presence of many risk factors. Тhе recurrent character of current, the development of complications, the increase of temporary invalidity induce to search the new methods of treatment of the patients with the given pathology. In this schedule the large perspective is removed to tools of herbal medicine, which are belonged to the most safe physiological medicines. Learning of mechanisms of influence of vegetative preparations of the of bile excretion and the development of the effective schemes of treatment of the patients with pathology of the path biliary system is possible to consider as the urgent task of today.
