Особливості функції зовнішнього дихання у хворих на бронхіальну астму, які постраждали внаслідок осінньої 1998 року повені в Закарпатті

Abstract

The analysis of external respiration function have been performed in patients with bronchial asthma, ,vho have suffered of ecological catastrophe - autumn 1998 flood in Transcarpathia. Patient were examined before and after course of microclimatotherapy using highly dispersed aerosol of rock-salt depending on the primary influence of main factors of the flood - overcooling and stress. It was revealed that all patients irrespectively of the severity and phase of the disease had significant lowering of external respiration function parameters, especially in the groups А and В, in which complex influence of both factors prevailed. Statistically significant improvement of the parameters of external respiration function under the influence of microclimatotherapy was determined in the majority of patients except the group А, which was exposed to the sharpest influence of the factors of catastrophe.
