Характеристика імунного статусу хворих на різні форми ішемічної хвороби серця на санаторному етапі відновлювального лікування

Abstract

85 patients after Q-miocardial infarction (МІ) and 30 patients after unstable angina (UA) were examined on entering the rehabilitation treatment at the cardiological department of "Lermontovsky" health-resort. Besides common regularities in changes of immune status some differences were revealed. In patients after МІ were revealed more significant decrease of Tlymphocytes bу means of T-helpers, increase of level of circulating immune complexes (СІС) and IgG; higher content of B-lymphocytes, level of antibodies to miocardial tissue; in patients after UA - more significant changes in T-suppressor component, decreasing of active phagocytes and phagocytic index, increasing of correspondence between СІС of different sizes.
