Хірургічне лікування післяопераційних вентральних гриж, що утворилися на місці середньої серединної лапаротомії

Abstract

The outcomes of surgical treatment of 456 patients with postoperational ventral hemia (РУН) of different localization are investigated. At 64 (14,1 %) patients РУН have arisen after average medial laparothomia. Patients' age varied with in 16 - 73 yr.old. At 41 of these patients hemia was derivated after surgical treatment of umbilicus hernia. Herniaplastic was fulfilled in view of а hemia size and force of а resistance of fabrics, which were sewed together with а simultaneous amplification them with autodermal patch and strip (22). The patients were examined after operation in periods from І till 10 years. The relapse of hemia is detected at 9 (16,4 %) after the use of herniaplastic on а Napalkova (2), Sapezko (2), Molodenkova (3), Меуо method( І) and after mending of hernial imperfection in the junction and immobilization of а seam of а seam ( 1 ).
