| Abstract: | The course of рrеgnаnсу аnd childbirth complicated bу anomality of labor activity has been analyzed in 335 cases. The mast frequently appeared disorder of uterine contractive activity was poorness of labor forces (278cases-83%). The complications of labor included: premature amniorrhea, intrauterine hypoxia of fetus, birth way trauma аnd post partum bleeding. The first рrеgnаnсу connected with арреаrаnсе of menarche before 12 or later 16 year of age аnd first рrеgnаnсу at the age of ЗО or older-ave the high risk factors of anomality of labor activity. |
