Abstract

For the purpose of а complex reserarch of the system of blood coagulability and flbrinolysis we Studied of the general potential of coagulation. in 33 women with gestoses of the second half of pregnancy. It has been established that in case of gestoses of the second halfofpregnancy both an increase and а decrease of thegeneral potential of coagulation may bе observed. After an elevation of the activite of the hemostatic systems in pregnants with gestoses an adeguate intensification of enzymatic fibrinolysis without signs of consumption coagulopathy occur . Under conditions of the general potential of hemocoagulation inanition of the flbrinolytic blood systems is observed, the latter may bе due to а lesion of the liver funcional state at the expense of excessive of xenobiotic loading.
