Abstract

The physiology of pregnancy is characterized bу the exchanges of nicotine acid in the biological matemity organism - placenta foetus system. The increased level of nicotinamid co-ferments in а woman's blood and excretion with uterine of а final product of their metabolism • N 1 • methylnicotinamid are observed in labour. In preeclampsia the great difficiency of NAD and NADPh in the blood of а woman and foetus can bе seen. Placenta contains а great deal of NAD and NADPh. Preeclampsia causes disturbance in processes of oxydoreduction in placenta that leads to the decrease of coorelation of oxidized and reproductive forms of NAD and NADPh. Normalization of NAD and NADPh indices in the biological maternity organism - placenta foetus system is favourable for pregnancy and giving birth to healthy children.
