| Abstract: | Laparoscopic operations for purulent inflammation of the adnexa have been done in 131 women. The application of endoscopic operative intervention in complex treatment of inflammatory pathology of internal genitalia allows to reduce the hospital treatment bу 2-3 days and to decrease the number of complications in 1,5 times. |
