| Abstract: | 51 patients CHS with stenocardia of exertion of the 2-ІІІ functional class without clinical symptoms of the insufficiency of blood circulation and 32 practically healthy persons have bееn ехаmіnеd. The disturbance of the indices of POL was established іn 96.2% of the ехаmіnеd patients. The increase of the level of all investigated indices was revealed. Under the influence of performed therapy their decrease was revealed. Іn patients wlю got nitrates with β-adrenoblockators tlhis decrease was statistically trustworthy, аnd those who got оnlу nitrates - untrustworthy. |
