| Abstract: | Законодавство не дає вичерпного переліку видів кредиторів, що значно ускладнює визначення правового статусу кожного з кредиторів. Існує необхідність ввести більш конкретний їх розподіл для запобігання неповного та однобічного тлумачення правових норм щодо правового статусу кредиторів. А legislation does not give the exhaustive list of types of creditors, that considerably complicates the decision of legal status ach of creditors. There is а necessity to enter their more concrete distributing for prevention of incomplete and one-sided interpretation of legal norms in relation to legal status of creditors. |
