Особливості правового регулювання службово–трудових відносин працівників Органів Внутрішніх Справ

Abstract

Досліджуються питання, пов'язані із виявленням значення та особливостей централізованого і локального регулювання службово-трудової діяльності працівників органів внутрішніх справ, які виступають засобом реаліза -принципу єдності та диференціації регулювання відносин у трудовому праві. Проаналізовано недоліки сучасного ста нормативно-правового забезпечення службово-трудового статусу працівників авс та пропонуються заходи щодо усунення.

Questions, related to the exposure of value and features of the centralized and ІосаІ methods of adjusting of official-labour activity of workers of organs of internal affairs which come forward the mean of realization of principle of unity and differentiation of adjusting of relations in а labour right, are probed in the article. The lacks of the modern state are analyzed normatively legal providing of official-labour status of workers of law-enforcement bodies and measures are offered on their removal.
