Abstract: | Розглядаються питання бактеріальної транслокації стосовно патології печінки. Показано, що жирова печінка (стеатоз) та неалкоrольний стеатоrепатит, що можуть виникнути в наслідок бактеріальної транслокації, часто супроводжуються rепато-лієнальним синдромом. Обговорюються питання діагностики та принципи лікування стеатоза та стеатоrепатита в дітей. Questions of bacterial translocation bу pathologists of а liver are considered. It is shown, that а fatty of liver and not alcoholic steatohepatitis which саn. develop after bacterial translocation, are often accompanied with hepatolienalis syndrome. Diagnostic problems and principles of treatment of fatty of liver and steatohepatitis at children are discussed. |
