Російсько-українська війна від 24 лютого 2022 року донині: історичні реалії та поточні уроки

Abstract

У статті актуалізована потреба теоретико-методологічного осмислення проблеми в розрізі тріади «одиничне – особливе – загальне». Показано, що реалії сучасної історії міжнародних відносин практично унеможливлюють проведення дійсно фахового системного дослідження проблеми лише на рівні суто російсько-української війни з її поточними просторовими і хронологічними межами. Необхідно піднятися на рівень системи міжнародних відносин, проблематики війни і миру загалом. Зміст війни не можна зводити лише до конкретно-історичного виміру російсько-українського протистояння. Очевидним є факт, що справжній конфлікт відбувається не між цивілізаціями, а між силами демократії та антидемократії, або ж силами «добра» і «зла». Це не виключає того, що на стороні добра діють, образно кажучи, не надто демократичні країни – Туреччина, Саудівська Аравія та ін. Стійкість українського народу проти російській агресії служить щитом і бар’єром проти світової експансії недемократичних країн. Провідні демократії світу намагаються не допустити зламу чинної структури міжнародних відносин. Серед концептів російської пропаганди є теза про те, що зарубіжна допомога Україні в протидії російській агресії наближає нову світову війну. Навпаки, військова і фінансова допомога Україні – не ослаблення країн-донорів, а превентивний внесок в їхню безпеку. Причому рівень усвідомлення керівниками демократичних країн екзистенційності загроз від сучасних держав-агресорів є належним, проте ступінь реагування на них не завжди є достатнім. Через те сучасну російсько-українську війну слід розглядати в контекстах подій минулого і поточних міжнародних відносин, що сприятиме належному глобальному прогнозуванню. Подальше вивчення конкретно-історичної проблематики повинно забезпечити отримання достовірних фактів, що актуалізує використання здобутків історичного джерелознавства, архівознавства, інших спеціальних історичних дисциплін.

The article actualizes the need for a theoretical and methodological understanding of the problem in terms of the triad «single – special – general». It is shown that the realities of the modern history of international relations practically make it impossible to conduct a truly professional systematic study of the problem only at the level of the purely RussianUkrainian war with its current spatial and chronological boundaries. It is necessary to rise to the level of the system of international relations, issues of war and peace in general. The content of the war cannot be reduced only to the specific historical dimension of the Russian-Ukrainian confrontation. It is obvious that the real conflict is not between civilizations, but between the forces of democracy and antidemocracy, or the forces of good and evil. This does not exclude the fact that, figuratively speaking, not too democratic countries – Turkey, Saudi Arabia, etc. – are acting on the side of good. The resilience of the Ukrainian people against Russian aggression serves as a shield and barrier against the global expansion of non-democratic countries. The world’s leading democracies are trying to prevent a breakdown of the current structure of international relations. Among the concepts of Russian propaganda is the thesis that foreign aid to Ukraine in countering Russian aggression brings a new world war closer. On the contrary, military and financial aid to Ukraine is not a weakening of the donor countries, but a preventive contribution to their security. Moreover, the level of awareness of the leaders of democratic countries of the existence of threats from modern aggressor states is appropriate, but the degree of response to them is not always sufficient. Because of that, the modern Russian-Ukrainian war should be considered in the context of the events of the past and current international relations, which will contribute to proper global forecasting. Further study of specific historical issues should ensure obtaining reliable facts, which actualizes the use of the achievements of historical source studies, archival studies, and other special historical disciplines.
