| Abstract: | Проаналізовані можливі взаємини між спленомегалією і портальною гіпертензією у хворих на цироз печінки. Спленомегалія викликана не тільки портальним застоєм, але й гіперплазією і фіброзом. The possible relationships between splenomegaly and portal hypertension have bееn analysed in patients with cirrhosis. In this condition, splenomegaly is not only caused bу portal congestion, but it is mainly due to tissue hyperplasia and fibrosis. |
